Had a blast playing darts at the hostel! Found free parking nearby, which was a miracle. Would be nice to have a lounge, but hey, at least I got a cozy room.
Loved the long supermarket journey for food. Such a wonderful opportunity to explore the area!

I loved the common lounge, it was a great place to meet other interesting guests. The darts game gave me a chance to show off my non-existent skills.
Oh, the burnt microwave and the falling shower holder were such stylish additions to my stay, really enhanced the vintage feel of the place.

From the charming old town of Gdansk to the stunning beaches of Sopot, there was something for everyone. The friendly staff at the hostel provided excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
For families with children, my kids wished there was a common room or a designated space for them to interact with other travelers.

This place is absolutely incredible! The location is mind-blowing, with easy access to Gdynia, Sopot, and Gdansk through frequent and cheap public transport. The nearby park and cathedral are jaw-dropping, and there are 20 km of stunning sandy beaches just a tram or bus ride away. The convenience of a grocery store just 200m away and the availability of a car rental next door is super convenient. The hostel itself is well-equipped, with a shared kitchen and even a mini kitchenette on each floor. The two fridges are perfect for storing food, and the overall cleanliness of the entire property is top-notch. The large balcony adds an extra touch to the already cozy atmosphere. And the icing on the cake is the strong wifi connection throughout. I cannot express how wonderful my stay here was!

As young families, we loved the convenient location of the hostel, with frequent and affordable public transport to explore Gdynia, Sopot, and Gdansk. the nearby tram and bus stops within 500 meters made it easy for us to get around. the beautiful park and Oliwa Cathedral being just 1-2 kilometers away were perfect for enjoying some outdoor time. the 20 kilometers of sandy beaches were easily accessible by tram or bus, and walking distance was not too far either. the presence of a convenience store just 200 meters away, open 7 days a week, was very handy. Although we didn't need it, having a car rental service next door was convenient as well. the hostel itself was well-equipped, with a shared kitchen and a small kitchenette on our floor, including two fridges. the spacious balcony and overall cleanliness of the entire building were also highly appreciated.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

My stay at Olive was absolutely fantastic! I felt so at home and comfortable throughout my entire visit. The owner, Zaneta, was incredibly kind and always willing to help. The hostel itself is relatively new, so everything is clean and well maintained. I loved the big balcony in the dorm room, it was such a great space to relax and enjoy the front garden. Plus, the location is perfect, with the sea just a short 20-minute walk away. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Olive for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hostel was small but cozy, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. the beds in our room were big and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. the decoration of the hostel was also very nice and added to the overall charm. the strong WiFi signal throughout the property was a big plus!
The limited shower availability. With only one shower in the basement, there could be a potential issue if multiple people wanted to use it at the same time.
